T,T,T,Too much time on my hands

Doug Wothke is heading off to do the Motorcycle Cannonball race
NY to San Fransisco, just shy of 4,000 miles on a pre-1935 motorcycle.

He almost had my dad and I convinced down in Maxton to build up a 101 Scout (Much like his own) to do the race.    Financial reasons we opted for Bonneville again.

Doug is a few screws loose, but I much envy his mental state.

He is riding up from Alabama to NY, racing, then returning to Alabama.
8,000 miles - 5 weeks

What the hell am I doing here in this office?

Off to Davenport tomorrow for some swap & vintage race action.    Some of the best stuff of the year.

Indian 750 Scount Flathead motor"

Sweet Indian photo snagged from Wes White
Looks like Wes did an article on the owner in a Jockey Journal article.
